  1. Notice that the TITLE and FIRST NAME fields are left blank for this "business name."  Press F6 to see Category definitions.   Press the "down" arrow in this area to see more Notes lines    (there are 8 lines in all). Press F7 to see the adddress and   
  2. Notice that FIRST NAME contains 2 names with the man's name    first. Printed mailing labels will drop "and Sandra" and print just "Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Isuzu" (press F7 key to see this).
